I'm a swimming coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,140 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Benoît
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Benoît: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
