I've worked in welding from 1997 to 2023. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 650 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Beatriz: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
