Luis R. Martínez
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇨🇴 Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia
- Medellín Workshop
- Since 2012
- Spanish
I'm a weaving specialist. If you live around Medellín, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 11 years later for another job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Luis
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Luis: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
