Helping people break into nursing
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- Madrid Foundation
- Since 2000
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 750 people through Madrid Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Beatriz
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
