Martial arts and fitness coach, Vigo

For 33 years I've run the martial arts program at Brookfield Athletic Club in Vigo. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
