Beatrice Cristina Pellegrini
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇹 Palermo, Sicily, Italy
- The Phoenix Shop
- 2005 to 2014
- Italian
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Palermo, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 23 years later for another job.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Beatrice
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Beatrice: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
