Helping people break into trades
- 🇵🇱 Katowice, Silesia, Poland
- Katowice Foundation
- Since 2001
- Polish, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,100 people through Katowice Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Beata
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first trades job in 2008. I still have your notes Truly.
