Musician with Likoni Ensemble
- 🇰🇪 Likoni, Mombasa, Kenya
- Likoni Ensemble
- 1990 to 2023
- English
I've played bass from 1990 to 2023, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns.
More about Barasa
I wrote my first song when I was 14. It was terrible and I still love it.
Instruments or styles
What gifts mean to Barasa: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
