Bảo Cường Ta
Mentor in leadership and engineering
- 🇻🇳 Cầu Giấy, Hanoi, Vietnam
- Since 2008
- English, Vietnamese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 360 people through Andes Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Bảo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Bảo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
