Ayşe Cansu Öztürk
Coached wrestling for 21 years in Berlin
- 🇩🇪 Berlin, Berlin, Germany
- Berlin Boxing Gym
- 1997 to 2018
- English, Turkish
For 21 years I ran the wrestling program at Berlin Boxing Gym in Berlin. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
More about Ayşe
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Ayşe: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
