Ayesha Sharmin Molla
Mentor in careers and teaching
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Since 2012
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 550 people through Dhaka Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ayesha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Ayesha: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
