Ayaka Endo
Design mentor, Setagaya
- 🇯🇵 Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan
- Since 1999
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,080 people through Setagaya Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
