Avery Martinez

Helping people break into careers

  • 🇦🇺 Ballarat, Victoria, Australia
  • Parkside Foundation
  • Since 2015
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 220 people through Parkside Foundation. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Avery: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
