Asma Khadija Siddiqui
Professor of sociology, Cairo University
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- 1979 to 2011
- English, Arabic
My subject is sociology, and for 32 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Cairo University.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river.
What gifts mean to Asma: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
