Arthur Renato Costa
Mentor in farming and finance
- 🇧🇷 Feira de Santana, Bahia, Brazil
- Feira de Santana Learning Hub
- Since 1985
- English, Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,440 people through Feira de Santana Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Arthur
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Arthur: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
