I'm a mentor in farming. I've spent my career as a nurse and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Armando
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Armando: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
