I've coached athletics at Rosewood Boxing Gym since 1997. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Armando
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Armando: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
