Arjen De Bruijn
Mentor in design and first-generation students
- 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
- Amsterdam Community Trust
- Since 2018
- Dutch
For eight years I've mentored people in design and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Arjen
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
