Apio Esther Kariuki
Musician with Good Shepherd Orchestra
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- 2016 to 2025
- English, Swahili
I play sitar and folk music. I started in 2016 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
