I've worked in auto repair from 1994 to 2004. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 530 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
