Anwar Omar Soliman
Musician with Cairo Elmwood Band
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Cairo Elmwood Band
- Since 2001
- English
I've played guitar since 2001, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 17 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Anwar
I write my first song when I was 15. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Anwar: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
