I've coached chess at Akron Crescent Community Club since 1984. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Anthony: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
