Ani Lubis
Mentor in first-generation students and writing
- 🇮🇩 Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta, Indonesia
- Andes Youth Network
- 2014 to 2022
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 300 people through Andes Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ani: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
