Andrés T. Castro
Helping people break into software
- 🇦🇷 Córdoba, Córdoba, Argentina
- Córdoba Community Trust
- 1982 to 2020
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,820 people through Córdoba Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Andrés
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Andrés: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
