Andrés S. Campos

Master of upholstery, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇺🇸 Arlington, Texas, United States
  • Hope Works
  • Since 1982
  • English, French
I've worked in upholstery since 1982. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 2,550 apprentices. I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Andrés

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

Crafts and trades

What gifts mean to Andrés: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
