Andrés M. Galindo
Volunteer mentor with Valencia Mentoring Circle
- 🇪🇸 Valencia, Valencian Community, Spain
- Valencia Mentoring Circle
- 2013 to 2022
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 520 people through Valencia Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Andrés
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
