Helping people break into engineering
- 🇮🇹 Parma, Emilia-Romagna, Italy
- Parma Foundation
- Since 2017
- English, Italian
For nine years I've mentored people in engineering and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Andrea: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
