Ana W. Mendoza
Blacksmithing for 28 years in Lowell
- 🇺🇸 Lowell, Massachusetts, United States
- Hillcrest Works
- Since 1998
- English, Spanish
I've worked in blacksmithing since 1998. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 730 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Ana
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Ana: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
