Ana Elaine Dantas

Helping people break into software

🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
Riverside Youth Network
Since 1983
English, Portuguese

For 43 years I've mentored people in software and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.

More about Ana

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Ana: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
