Amparo K. Ochoa
Bicycle repair for 34 years in Flint
- 🇺🇸 Flint, Michigan, United States
- Trinity Workshop
- Since 1992
- English, Spanish
I've worked in bicycle repair since 1992. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 680 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Amparo
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Amparo: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.

You fixed our roof in 2004 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Parramatta.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
