Helping people break into leadership
- 🇸🇦 Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
- Jeddah Community Trust
- 1985 to 2000
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 590 people through Jeddah Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Amal
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Amal: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
