Alyssa H. Chen
Volunteer mentor with Melbourne Association
- 🇦🇺 Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
- Melbourne Association
- 2018 to 2025
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 310 people through Melbourne Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Alyssa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
