I've coached cricket at Rohini Youth Club since 1978. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Alok
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Alok: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
