- Highland Learning Hub
- 1996 to 2010

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 380 people through Highland Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Almaz
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Almaz: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
