Aline Antônia Rocha
First-generation students mentor, Caxias do Sul
- 🇧🇷 Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil

For 18 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Aline
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Aline: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
