Helping people break into leadership

🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
Acacia Foundation
1983 to 2008
English, French

For 25 years I've mentored people in leadership and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.

What gifts mean to Alina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
