Alexandru Mihai Constantin
Mentor in careers and leadership
- 🇷🇴 București, București, Romania
- Maple Ridge Community Trust
- 2002 to 2012
- English, Romanian
For ten years I've mentored people in careers and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
