For 40 years I've run the martial arts program at Sunrise Swimming Club in Sacramento. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
