Alexa D. Neal
Cross country coach, San Jose Youth Club
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- San Jose Youth Club
- 2007 to 2017
- English
For ten years I ran the cross country program at San Jose Youth Club in San Jose. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
