Helping people break into leadership
- 🇦🇷 Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina
- Rosario Foundation
- Since 1989
- English, Spanish
For 37 years I've mentored people in leadership and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Alejandro
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Alejandro: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
