Alejandra N. Pérez
Writing mentor, Bogotá
- 🇨🇴 Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia
- Bogotá Learning Hub
- Since 1981
- Spanish, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,300 people through Bogotá Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Alejandra
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Alejandra: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
