Aisha Imani Kioko
Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices
- 🇹🇿 Zanzibar City, Zanzibar Urban/West, Tanzania
- Old Hope Shop
- Since 1979
- English, Swahili, Spanish
I'm a tiling specialist. If you live around Zanzibar City, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I walk the dog by the river.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Aisha
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Aisha: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
