Ahmed Rashid Farouk
Table tennis coach, Mecca Central Youth Club
- 🇸🇦 Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
- 2001 to 2017
- English, Arabic
For 16 years I ran the table tennis program at Mecca Central Youth Club in Mecca. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
