I coached martial arts at Medina Cedar Grove Community Club from 1990 to 2004. Most of my players were between 9 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
