Ahmad Fajar Simanjuntak
Volunteer mentor with Jakarta Barat Community Trust
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Barat Community Trust
- 1987 to 2017
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,170 people through Jakarta Barat Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ahmad
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
