Shoemaking for 14 years in Xalapa
- 🇲🇽 Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico
- Heritage Works
- Since 2012
- Spanish
I've worked in shoemaking since 2012. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 730 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Adrián
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Adrián: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
