I've worked in baking since 1982. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 1,320 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Adrián
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Adrián: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
