Adrián C. Arias
First-generation students mentor, Santa Fe
- 🇦🇷 Santa Fe, Santa Fe, Argentina
- Santa Fe Youth Network
- 1983 to 1992
- English, Spanish
For nine years I've mentored people in first-generation students and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Adrián: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
