For twelve years I've mentored people in small business and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Aditya: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
