Adam Pawlak
Volunteer mentor with Poznań Youth Network
- 🇵🇱 Poznań, Greater Poland, Poland
- Poznań Youth Network
- Since 1999
- Polish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,570 people through Poznań Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Adam
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Adam: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
